Twelve weeks left in the year. Enough to change what the next one looks like.
One hour, one to one, with a US and British trained family doctor. Bring your results. Leave knowing what to
change first, why it is that and not something else, and what to ask your own doctor next time. We speak for
fifteen minutes first, at no cost, so you know who you are booking.
IF THIS IS YOU
Your results came back with something on them. High blood sugar. High blood pressure. High cholesterol. Perhaps
all three.
Your doctor explained what it means. You caught the headline. Most of what came after it went past you,
because you were still sitting with the first sentence.
Most women leave with the same three questions.
What am I actually supposed to eat?
They said exercise. But what exactly, and where do I start?
Will I be on tablets for the rest of my life?
They are not small questions. They are the ones that decide what happens over the next ten years, and they are
the ones there is never quite time for.
Online, on your phone, wherever you are.
No traffic, no waiting room, no taking a day off.
Lifestyle medicine works across six areas, and we look at all of them: what you eat, how you move, how you sleep,
the stress you are carrying, the people around you, and what you drink or smoke. Then we pick the one or two
most likely to shift your particular numbers, and start there.
For some women that is food. For plenty of others it is sleep, or it is how much she is carrying for everybody else,
and no amount of rearranging her rice was ever going to fix it.
When it is food, it is your food. Not a diet. Not a list of things you have never heard of and cannot buy. Your rice,
your soup, your swallow, your beans, in a house where everybody eats from the same pot.
What you leave with:
• Which of the six areas will move your numbers most, and why it is that one and not the ones you expected
• What to change in the first fortnight, in practical terms, using what you already have
• Where to start with movement, at the fitness you have now rather than the one you used to have
• What to ask your own doctor at your next appointment
• A written page to take away, so you are not relying on memory
-
We speak first, so you can hear me and decide. Fifteen minutes, no cost, no pressure. If I am not the right person
for what you need, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
-
Once you book, you get a detailed form. It is not a two minute form and that is deliberate. Your food, your day,
your sleep, your family history, your results. Filling it in honestly is the first half of the work, and it means the hour is spent on you rather than on me catching up.
-
Online, wherever you are. We go through what your results mean for your life, look across all six areas, and
decide together which one or two to change first. You leave with a written plan.
-
Knowing what to do and doing it are different problems. Some women take the plan and run with it. Others want somebody alongside them while the new way of eating becomes the normal way. If that is you, we talk about it at the end of the hour. There is never any obligation.
How it Works
Results are what most women arrive with. They are not the only thing an hour is good for.
What these have in common is that the same six areas genuinely move them, and that ten minutes is not enough
time to work out which one matters for you. If one of these is what is actually keeping you awake, the session
works exactly the same way.
Perimenopause
The symptoms that get lost behind the numbers. Sleep, mood, energy, a body that has started behaving
differently, and what actually helps.
Getting ready to conceive
The months before you start trying, and what is worth changing first.
PCOS
If you have been diagnosed and been told to lose weight without being told how. What food, movement and
sleep actually do, and in what order.
IBS and gut symptoms
If you have a diagnosis and nothing you have tried so far has made much difference.
Sleep
Not a sleep hygiene leaflet. Why you are awake at three in the morning, and what to do about it.
Not sure whether I am the right person for what you are dealing with? That is exactly what the free fifteen minutes is for.

The Fee
Book the fifteen minute call.
It costs nothing.
Evenings and weekends, in both time zones. Speak to me first, then decide whether to book the hour. If none of the times work, send a message and we will find one.
ONE THING TO BE CLEAR ABOUT
This is education and coaching about food, movement, sleep, stress and the other things that shape how your
body behaves. It is not medical treatment, and I am not taking over your care. Your own doctors remain your
doctors, I will not change or stop any medication you are on, and I will always send you back to them. If anything
you tell me needs a doctor who can examine you, I will say so.
